What is Vinyasa Flow?
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that emphasizes the connection between breath and movement. In Vinyasa, each movement is synchronized with a breath, creating a smooth, flowing sequence of poses. This continuous flow helps build strength, flexibility, and balance while promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, it invigorates the body and calms the mind.
