We have two copper meditation pyramids at the bath house which are meditation stations for guests to utilise. Our Nubian pyramid which is attuned to the frequency of truth, integrity, asking, communication & expression.

Our Giza pyramid which is attuned with the frequency of compassion, acceptance, forgiveness & love. Be sure to take some time to sit under one of them when you visit.

We have oracle decks and inspirational books available for use in area’s within our sacred grounds along with mindfulness colouring books, singing bowls, chimes and outdoor games for self-reflection, insights, personal growth or just to use for fun.

Our gratitude tree is located in the centre of our gardens at the front of the grounds. A gratitude tree is a physical opportunity to encourage expressions of appreciation. It gives us a reason to pause, reflect and be in our hearts to share and express thanks and gratitude mindfully by writing ones gratitude on a tag and tying it to the gratitude tree.

Lord Ganesh brings abundance and good luck, he is often worshipped before starting something new, he is said to clear obstacles that prevent us from moving forward in life. He represents wisdom, understanding and fearlessness. Give his head a rub or leave a coin on him as you make a wish for your future.

Our wheel of destiny is an oracle creation made by local artist Sharon McLeod. It consists of three spinning wheels which one spins to gain insight into what their body needs, their future holds and a positive action to take today.
